I'm thrilled to introduce Tap Center, a side project that brings together my years of experience in education, design, and workforce development. For the past seven years, I've been part of building a training and employment program (Root NS) that has helped hundreds of young adults start their careers. This journey has also given me the chance to reflect on my own path and the moments that inspired and motivated me along the way. Now, I hope to create those same opportunities for others entering the workforce, especially in the crafts and trades.
While you'll see my own interests in food, ceramics, and woodworking come through, my goal is to highlight the core skills of creativity and problem-solving that apply to any challenge—whether it’s practical, logistical, financial, or personal. I've learned that the approach to solving these problems is often the same.
